Junior HR. Admin Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment efforts, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidates.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Handle routine HR inquiries from employees regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Prepare reports and presentations related to HR metrics and activities.
Qualifications:
- Completion of GCE A/L.
- Diploma in a relevant field will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in computers and good communication skills.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the HR Admin field.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Age between 20-25.
