Position: HR Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and monitor knowledge acquisition programs.
• Assist in the efficient knowledge flow from programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Work with management to align HR with company goals.
• Ensure proper documentation and communication regarding training activities.

Requirements:

• Passed G.C.E. A/L in Commerce, Mathematics, or Science.
• Diploma or Equivalent in T&D from a recognized institution.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office.
• A pleasing personality with leadership and PR skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment will be an advantage.
