Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage employee personal files.
- Send employee surveys.
- Manage the appraisal process.
- Oversee the exit process, particularly for night shift employees.
- Conduct exit interviews for senior executives and other employees.
- Ensure that the files of resigned employees are completed with updated documentation.
- Coordinate ABH form completion for new hires.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work according to U.S. time zones and calendar.
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience (Experience in HR Operations preferred).
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Experience with HRIS is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, or completion of CCHRM, PQHRM, or an equivalent qualification.
