Headquarters by W15 is a rooftop bar and restaurant, situated on the 9th Floor of the HQ Colombo building. This stylish and modern venue offers a refined atmosphere perfect for after-work drinks, networking, and celebrating Sri Lanka’s street food culture. With indoor and outdoor seating options, guests can enjoy spectacular views of the cityscape, including the Lotus Tower and Colombo Port.

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with excellent interpersonal skills to join our vibrant and contemporary food and beverage team. We aim to provide exceptional service, making every guest experience memorable. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts and a knack for delivering sweet and delightful experiences.

POSITION: WAITER

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
• Present menus to guests and answer any questions regarding menu items, beverages, and specials.
• Offer recommendations based on guests' preferences.
• Accurately record food and drink orders using a POS system.
• Communicate orders to the kitchen staff, ensuring timely and correct preparation.
• Serve food and beverages, checking on guest satisfaction and ensuring an outstanding dining experience.
• Listen attentively to guest feedback, addressing concerns efficiently, and involving the manager when necessary.
• Assist in the preparation and serving of specialty beverages, cocktails, and premium wines.
• Ensure cleanliness and set up of dining areas.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar customer service role in a high-end restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food and beverage offerings is an advantage.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
