Requirements:
- Completed Diploma or NVQ Level qualifications in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in boutique hotels, either locally or internationally.
- Age between 30-50 years.
- Hands-on experience in managing both cold and hot kitchens is essential.
- Ability to prepare fine dining dishes, including Sri Lankan cuisines.
- Capable of working efficiently with minimal manpower while maintaining high standards.
- Preference will be given to candidates residing in the Southern Province.
