We Are Hiring – Software Engineer
Join our team at Melwire Lanka Pvt Ltd, located in Ja-Ela. This is a full-time, on-site role for a motivated Software Engineer, responsible for backend development, software development, programming, and object-oriented programming (OOP). The role also involves contributing to the company’s technological advancement and infrastructure growth.
Job Role:
- Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with company objectives to foster innovation and competitive advantage.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and databases.
- Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in IT systems and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth business operations.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing phone calls, responding to emails, and arranging meetings and travel plans.
- Prepare and present timely reports, presentations, and proposals as required.
- Collaborate with colleagues and provide assistance when needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT and administrative roles.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, emerging technologies, and proficiency in network administration, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and data management.
- Familiarity with immigration laws, regulations, and procedures related to skill migration.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage tasks efficiently, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
