Senior Customer Care Executives
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center/contact center or a similar business environment.
- Preferably under the age of 27.
- Passed GCE O/L with Mathematics and English.
- Passed GCE A/L.
- IT-related certification is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized and attentive service to meet the unique needs and preferences of high-net-worth clients.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly, ensuring that resolutions meet or exceed expectations.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of the products, services, and solutions available to high-net-worth clients, offering informed advice and guidance.
- Resolve complaints or issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to high-net-worth clients.
Competencies Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Sinhala and English (Tamil would be an added advantage).
- Ability to provide superior service even in the absence of the physical presence of high-net-worth clients.
- Strong listening skills and ability to understand client needs and respond accordingly.
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a 24/7 shift environment.
- Flair for interpersonal relations.
- Basic IT skills.
