Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center/contact center or a similar business environment.
  • Preferably under the age of 27.
  • Passed GCE O/L with Mathematics and English.
  • Passed GCE A/L.
  • IT-related certification is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized and attentive service to meet the unique needs and preferences of high-net-worth clients.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly, ensuring that resolutions meet or exceed expectations.
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of the products, services, and solutions available to high-net-worth clients, offering informed advice and guidance.
  • Resolve complaints or issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to high-net-worth clients.

Competencies Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Sinhala and English (Tamil would be an added advantage).
  • Ability to provide superior service even in the absence of the physical presence of high-net-worth clients.
  • Strong listening skills and ability to understand client needs and respond accordingly.
  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a 24/7 shift environment.
  • Flair for interpersonal relations.
  • Basic IT skills.
