We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager - IT to join our team at our Head Office in Colombo 04. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, business acumen, and experience in leading digital transformation projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and project managers to ensure the timely and successful delivery of key projects such as Salesforce, Global Customer Support Portal, and Factory Automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with software vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams to achieve objectives.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders.
• Oversee the integration and implementation of ERP systems, managing resources, schedules, and budgets effectively.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Academic background in IT or Engineering.
• Experience leading Digital Transformation initiatives and implementing CRM/ERP systems.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience in risk management and quality assurance.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, focused on large-scale IT projects.

• Leadership and team management skills to guide project teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Expertise in project planning, including scope definition, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Strong understanding of Sales, Customer Care, Manufacturing, and Distribution processes.
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks proactively while ensuring high-quality outcomes.
