IT SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR
We are on the lookout for an IT Support Administrator for our Client Company

Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support for desktop and laptop computers, peripherals, audio, visual devices mobile devices and network components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT related hardware issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems for computers and IOT mobile devices.
- Set up and deploy new computer systems and peripherals.
- Perform routine maintenance on hardware.
- Assist in the implementation of hardware upgrades.
- Assist in maintaining network infrastructure, including wired and wireless networks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets & software under asset management system.
- Adhere to company security policies and procedures. Assist in ensuring compliance with IT standards and regulations
- Work closely with central IT team members and departments to resolve issues and implement solutions.
- Communicate effectively with end-users and provide regular updates on the status of issues.
- Escalation of incidents and requests to Remote support service desk.
- Supporting the roll-out of infrastructure projects.
- Monitor IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems, for performance.
- Take proactive actions to identify and address potential issues before they impact users
- Coordinate with procurement team and Finance team to procure hardware, software and licenses from the point of requesting quotations to delivery.
- Process monthly IT related invoices.
- Collaborating with external vendors to ensure that IT needs are met.
Qualifications
- Strong computer hardware knowledge.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of basic networking principles and technologies.
- Knowledge of Office 365 applications.
- A minimum of a Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience in IT support or a similar role.
