IT Site Support Administrator
We are looking for passionate individuals to join our team and be placed at our customer sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, set up, and resolve hardware and software issues on end-user desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Provide administration and first-level support.
- Manage O365, email, internet, and cloud solutions.
- Handle maintenance and management of servers and backups.
- Provide infrastructure first-level support and coordinate with service providers in case of troubleshooting.
- Maintain and troubleshoot network equipment, including Wi-Fi networks, and manage Microsoft patch updates.
- Coordinate with Group IT and head office IT management for various IT initiatives and ensure their execution.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree/HND in any IT-related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience.
- Proficiency in English (both reading and writing).
- Willingness to work on weekends, if required.
Locations: Nittambuwa / Battaramulla / Kilinochchi / Nawala / Malabe
