• Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
• Offer training and support to end-users on hardware and software use.
• Collaborate with IT professionals to ensure smooth IT infrastructure operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Currently pursuing or in the final year of an IT-related degree, specializing in networking or IT.
• Knowledge of computer hardware and software.
• Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
