Job Profile
- Provide administrative support to branch operations.
- Prepare documents for the Sales Support Division.
- Maintain accurate records of all documents related to branch operations.
- Handle inbound calls and deliver high-quality customer service.
Eligibility Criteria
- Successful completion of G.C.E. A/Ls with good results.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
- Proficiency in Tamil is an added advantage.
