Front-End Developer

With a dynamic and rapidly expanding branch office in Colombo, Sri Lanka, we serve clients worldwide, including the USA, UK, and the Middle East, offering comprehensive Staffing Management Systems.
We are looking for a talented and passionate Front-End Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of User Interface Design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create seamless User Experiences across platforms. As a Front-End Developer, you will collaborate closely with both design and back-end teams to develop and maintain high-quality applications.
Responsibilities
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and performance.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in front-end development.
Required Skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience as a Front-End Developer.
- Strong experience with React (experience with Next.js is a plus).
- Familiarity with Design Patterns and best practices for front-end development.
- Expertise in Responsive Design.
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with Spring Boot is advantageous.
