Engineer - Converged Charging

Lead feasibility assessments for new products and services with a focus on charging aspects.
Manage the product launch lifecycle by ensuring all approvals, documentation, and security measures are in place before launch.
Provide strategic feedback on OCS and related charging systems for project improvement.
Lead and oversee projects related to OCS/Core rating and charging systems, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
Ensure the implementation of optimized blueprints through upgrades, redundancy, backups, and security fixes.
Assign and manage peripheral applications, ensuring they integrate effectively with monitoring tools.
Oversee the development of monitoring scripts aligned with new services to reduce service interruptions.
Offer consultation and technical expertise to improve operational excellence across departments.
Adopt new technologies to enhance resource utilization, including RPA, AI, AWS Cloud, and containerization.
Work within a Linux environment and engage in CI/CD pipeline configuration and management.
Leverage container architectures such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Utilize database technologies like MySQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL.
Ensure compliance with security fixes throughout the project lifecycle.

B.Sc. in Engineering from a recognized university.
3-4 years of relevant experience in engineering or charging systems.
Expertise in 2G to 5G technologies and their associated charging systems.
In-depth knowledge of IT trends, service blueprints, and network architecture.
Proficient in tariff and rating implementations across communication channels.
Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
Experience with scripting and programming languages (e.g., Shell, PHP, Java).
Familiarity with development frameworks such as Spring Boot and JBoss.
Database expertise in MySQL, EDB, and other relevant technologies.
