Intern - Cloud Support at John Keells IT
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact between engineering teams and customers.
- Interact with clients to understand their requirements and provide timely resolutions.
- Monitor the Helpdesk Dashboard and monitor the SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
- Interact with multiple teams, escalate complex problems as needed, and implement best practices in IT operations.
- Assist in daily IT operations.
- Prepare documentation, presentations, and reports.
Ideal Candidate Should:
- Be a graduate or final year student in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Have strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
- Show willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, including Azure.
- Be available to provide 24/7 support on an on-demand basis.
