Cloud Support Intern

 Intern - Cloud Support at John Keells IT

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary point of contact between engineering teams and customers.
  • Interact with clients to understand their requirements and provide timely resolutions.
  • Monitor the Helpdesk Dashboard and monitor the SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
  • Interact with multiple teams, escalate complex problems as needed, and implement best practices in IT operations.
  • Assist in daily IT operations.
  • Prepare documentation, presentations, and reports.

Ideal Candidate Should:

  • Be a graduate or final year student in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Have strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
  • Show willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, including Azure.
  • Be available to provide 24/7 support on an on-demand basis.
