We Are Hiring: Business Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and objectives.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Create detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and use cases.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and promote stakeholder engagement.
- Work closely with project managers and development teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users as needed.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, MS Office).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
