Associate/Engineer in Network and Application Security

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all physical and virtual network security devices.
• Hands-on experience in Firewall Configuration and Network device configuration.
• Implement, manage, and monitor WAF and Load Balancer solutions.
• Assist with the enforcement of security policies and practices to protect IT infrastructure from cyber threats.
• Visit sites for network infrastructure projects.
• Document network security standards, topologies, and configuration details.
• Collaborate with colleagues, team members, and other support teams to share knowledge, coordinate efforts, and provide seamless support experiences for users or customers.
• Participate in an on-call rotation that provides 24x7 support.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of networking experience.
• WAF and Load Balancer experience is an advantage.
• Experience with any firewall product is an advantage.
• Knowledge of application delivery networking, network security principles, and access control.
• Strong customer-facing communication, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
