 Associate Technical Lead

We are looking for an Associate Technical Lead to guide our full-stack development team and collaborate with support and sales to resolve customer-reported issues. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Laravel, frontend tech (React, Vue, Angular, JavaScript), MySQL, and AWS, with strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the development team to ensure collaboration and productivity.
• Work with QA to validate features before production release.
• Oversee production releases, ensuring readiness and resolving post-release issues.
• Use JIRA to manage development tasks and ensure efficient project execution.
• Document all technical work to facilitate future development.
• Collaborate with the support team to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Work with the sales team to troubleshoot global customer issues.
• Design and maintain Laravel applications.
• Optimize MySQL databases for performance and scalability.
• Manage AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, Lambda, Fargate, SQS, SNS).
• Follow CI/CD best practices using Bitbucket pipelines.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with Laravel-based solutions.
• Expertise in Laravel, frontend technologies (React, Vue, Angular, JavaScript), MySQL, and AWS.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Proven skills in team management and mentoring.
• Familiarity with JIRA for managing development processes.
• Experience resolving product issues with support and sales teams.
• Knowledge of MySQL performance optimization.
• Strong organizational skills for efficient cross-team coordination.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket).
• Ability to troubleshoot and reduce production issues.
• Nice to Have: Docker, Kubernetes, and testing framework experience.
