We are an established finance leasing company, registered under the Finance Leasing Act No. 56 of 2000. Due to rapid expansion, we are seeking dynamic and proactive individuals to join our team.

1. Assistant Manager / Manager - IT Infrastructure & Communication (Head Office)

• Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Banking & Finance or related systems, e.g., E-finance.
• Experience with Windows environments, SQL, and Firewalls.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills.

2. Marketing Executives / Officers (Homagama, Polpithigama)

• Passionate about sales and marketing.
• Previous experience in financial industry marketing is preferred.
• Target-oriented with essential computer literacy.
• SLIM or other professional qualifications would be an added advantage.
• School leavers are encouraged to apply.

3. Cashier cum Account Assistant (Head Office)

• AAT/CIMA or equivalent qualification.
• Experience as a cashier in a similar capacity is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office, with strong communication skills in Sinhala and English.
• School leavers are encouraged to apply.
• Age below 35 years.

4. Operations Assistant (Head Office)

• Age between 23 and 30 years.
• A/L qualifications and banking experience are advantageous.
• Computer literacy is essential.
• Ability to handle RMV documentation and related tasks.
• Valid driving license is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
