Role Overview:
We are looking for an Accountant to manage financial reports accurately and ensure the smooth flow of finance operations within the healthcare sector, while complying with financial regulations. The role involves audit facilitation, providing management with feedback and insights, and liaising with a wide range of stakeholders. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are crucial to ensure high-quality stakeholder communication.

Personal Profile:

• Qualified CA/CIMA/ACCA or passed finalist with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in leading a finance team, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of finance processes and ERP systems.
• Ability to meet deadlines proactively.
• Experience in the similar industry is advantageous.
• Familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Strong communication skills.
• Hands-on approach to rationalizing financial statements.
